Media Literacy: How is your child interacting with media

The Media Challenge Initiative and DW-Akademie have launched a program that teaches children and teens media literacy. The program seeks to strengthen their knowledge, skills and attitude to engage with media as content consumers and producers for all platforms.

In a bid to build a media-literate generation, the innovators want to integrate media literacy in the education system, and are engaging different stakeholders to develop a curriculum which they expect to be adopted by schools across the country. Canaan Arinda reports.
